About Us
We began cleaning rugs in 1996, after purchasing Quality Carpet And Upholstery Cleaners from JM. We were mobile, cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting, stairs and upholstery in homes and offices. We were also able, because of the nature of the system of cleaning we use, to clean certain area rugs where they lay. We developed a relationship with Arundel Rug Cleaners in Annapolis, Maryland, referring work back and forth between us. Arundel Rug Cleaners had been a fixture in Annapolis for several decades and many of our customers remember dropping rugs off there for cleaning and repair.
In 2005, Arundel Rug Cleaners decided to close their doors. We were able to secure their phone number and purchase some equipment from them. We decided to build a shop next to our home on the Eastern Shore, while keeping the business based in Annapolis, Maryland. We remain a mobile rug cleaning service, adding pick up and delivery to the list of services.

We have high personal standards of excellence in our work. We are honest in conduct and conversation and insist on the same from our employees. Tim also has a daily goal to make a few people smile. We have had several great employees over the last 24 years (including our children) whom we have personally trained in process and procedure. We are careful with your valuable investments. Our request, should there be an issue with our work or business practice, is that you give us the opportunity to correct things so you, the customer, are satisfied and willing to call us again for cleaning services.
